Aside from photography, my passion is football. I’m a huge Spurs fan, so if you’re an Arsenal supporter, you might want to look away now! Just kidding – I’d still love to capture your wedding, but get ready for some fun banter. 🙂

Before diving into photography full-time, I had the amazing opportunity to work in the sporting industry for over eight years. I promoted some of the world’s top sportsmen, including Tyson Fury, Carl Froch MBE, Junior Witter, James DeGale MBE, and Chris Eubank Jr, helping them in their quest to become world champions.

This experience not only sharpened my already excellent organizational skills but also gave me the chance to work alongside and learn from some of the top sports photographers.

2015 | The Birth of Lee Squirrell Photography

In 2015 Lee Squirrell Photography | Cyprus Wedding Photographer was born and to this day I have been lucky enough to be commissioned to capture memories for some fun-loving couples.

2017 | The Next Chapter

In April 2017 it all changed at Lee Squirrell Photography, a mutual friend introduced me to Bridget Lezancsek and that’s when the next chapter started.  

The mother of 2 is not just a very sociable and likable person who shares my passion for the art of photography but she also understands that there must also be an element of fun brought to the workplace every day, and I have to say that there is never a dull moment working with her and this is what makes us one of the best Cyprus Wedding Photography teams.

Bridget is a certified professional photographer ( New York Institute of Photography) and started photography when she got her first Kodak camera at about 13 years of age, since then she has worked tired-less to achieve her dream that one day her hobby can become her profession. Well…It happened.

Bridget believes that photography can only be done with heart and passion, and I can safely say that she gives 100% every time she picks up a camera and it shows in her work.

When not capturing beautiful weddings & christenings you will find us in our photographic studio where we specialise in Maternity, Newborn, Child, Family & Pet photography.

Since our first wedding together we have formed a formidable partnership and we are now one of the leading wedding photography teams based in Cyprus. The Cyprus Wedding Photographers.

In 2020 I was awarded the MOST UNIQUE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY by the Lux-Life Magazine. And after being awarded a number of daily, weekly, and monthly awards in Early 2021 I was also awarded PHOTO OF THE YEAR 2020 by ProWed Awards.

In 2021 along with winning PHOTO OF THE YEAR 2021 by ProWed Awards, I was also awarded TOP #1 Wedding Photographer in Cyprus 2021. I have also been accredited with a number of awards from Wedisson Awards and Wedawards. 

2022 was yet another award-winning year for me as for the second year running I was awarded the TOP #1 Wedding Photographer in Cyprus award by ProWed Awards.

Just before our 2024 wedding season was about to start I was notified that I have been award the TOP #1 Wedding Photographer in Cyprus award by ProWed Awards for a 3rd year running and been award another PHOTO OF THE YEAR for 2023. 

So when you book us you not getting one photographer who has been taught by the other, We both have learned the basics before we joined forces and both have our own visions which is a massive bonus to our couples, so the way we see a shot is always from a different perspective. We continue to teach each other how to be better photographers and people.
